{"id":10254,"date":"2020-04-14T02:11:38","date_gmt":"2020-04-13T23:11:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.russian-mayolica.com\/?p=10254"},"modified":"2022-05-30T00:42:54","modified_gmt":"2022-05-29T21:42:54","slug":"cone-tiled-fireplace","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.russian-mayolica.com\/de\/tiled-stove\/cone-tiled-fireplace\/","title":{"rendered":"Pinecone fireplace"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An elegant <a href=\"\/tiled-fireplaces-and-stove\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tiled fireplace<\/a> in the Northern Art Nouveau style, restored in an old apartment in the center of St. Petersburg.<\/p>\n<p>The idea for this fireplace was the stove of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.russian-mayolica.ru\/our-story\/primenenie-keramiki\/finskie-pechi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Rakkolanioki pottery<\/a> factory of the early twentieth century, installed in house 35 on Bolshaya Morskaya Street, where the First Russian Insurance Society was located before the revolution.<\/p>\n<p>In our fireplace, the laconicism of architecture inherent in the northern modernity is preserved. The relief decor in the form of tiles with pine branches and cones delicately emphasizes the smooth streamlined forms of the upper cornice and the rounding of the corner elements of the fireplace.
