{"id":40983,"date":"2020-04-14T02:11:38","date_gmt":"2020-04-13T23:11:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.russian-mayolica.com\/?p=40983"},"modified":"2020-06-18T17:44:27","modified_gmt":"2020-06-18T14:44:27","slug":"pine-relief-ceramic-mural","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.russian-mayolica.com\/de\/relief-mural\/pine-relief-ceramic-mural\/","title":{"rendered":"Pine Cones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is an elegant\u00a0 <a href=\"\/relief-mural\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">handmade relief ceramic mural<\/a>\u00a0for the stove in the Northern art Nouveau style.<\/p>\n<p>A 20th century stove in Vyborg made by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.russian-mayolica.ru\/our-story\/primenenie-keramiki\/finskie-pechi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Finnish Abo pottery plant<\/a> (\u00c5bo kakelfabriks aktiebolag (AKF) &#8211; Turun kaakelitehdas (TKT)) served as an inspiration for this mural \u2013 the stove has a wonderful ceramic mural with stylized pine cones and needles in it&#8217;s pediment.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of composition, our mural reflects the original. However the overall mood of the mural has been changed \u2013 the mural has been made feminine \u2013 due to the stylization carried out by our sculptor. The lines of the branches echo the motifs in our \u201cNational Romanticism\u201d series&#8216; tiles, which we have also used in the <a href=\"\/tiled-stove\/northern-tiled-stove\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Northern stove<\/a>. The stylized needles gather into wavy bouquets, which along with round cones are scattered on the nodular pine branch.<\/p>\n<p>The relief ceramic mural is created in slab technique; the painting is made in majolica technique.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is an elegant\u00a0 handmade relief ceramic mural\u00a0for the stove in the Northern art Nouveau style.
