Two small whitewashed stoves, made in the style of antique European oven with handmade tiles.
The stoves have functioning muffle furnaces for firing small decorations with hot enamel. The claddings for stoves were commissioned by Namfleg company and were installed in the company’s stores in Santorini and Mykonos (Greece). There you can see them in person.
Old German stoves, which were in almost every city apartment in the 18th-19th centuries, served as an inspiration for the idea of the kiln’s project. The decor is based on one of Namfleg’s ornaments – we made relief tiles, reworked using the Houses motif with silhouettes of European houses.
The cladding is complemented by relief friezes from handmade tiles with animals and birds of our Suzdal series, as well as semicircular pencil liners and corner elements.
The colors of the tiles matches the national colors of Santorini and Mykonos.
